You must be at least 24 years of age to rent a cabin or home. Guests who violate this policy are subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of all rental payments. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay.

We do not offer daily housekeeping. We are an eco-friendly company and we ask you to consider reusing your towels during your stay.  If your stay is longer than 3 nights or you have a need for more, please call the office to request additional towels.

Additional Towel sets are available for $1.50/set. Each set includes a Bath Towel and Wash Cloth.

To ensure cleanliness and the best quality and experience for our guests, hot tubs are emptied, cleaned and refilled with fresh water and chemicals after each reservation. This process can affect the temperature of your hot tub upon arrival. Your hot tub may not reach the desired temperature until later in the evening, on the day of your check-in. If the temperature is not rising within the span of a couple hours, please contact the office and ask for maintenance assistance. 

There is a 1 night minimum stay plus a cleaning fee in Non-Peak season and Discount season. A 2 night stay will not have a cleaning fee.  Peak season has a 3 night minimum stay.

We supply the following:  Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bathmats, kitchen towels, all bedding, blankets, pillows, toilet paper, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher soap (if cabin has a dishwasher.)  Each cabin has deck furniture, a picnic table, a charcoal grill & a fire ring.  Wood and charcoal are available at the resort store.

You should bring the following:  Paper towels, napkins, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, spices, beverages, pool towels, lawn chairs, bug spray, sunscreen, ointments, and laundry detergent if you are in a cabin/home that has a washer and dryer.

Pool/Hot Tub towels are NOT provided.  

Yes, all cabins have a refrigerator, oven (stove-top only  in A-Frames), microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, basic pots and pans, dishes, utensils, coffee cups, glasses, & wine glasses.  Some cabins also have dishwashers.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to your check in will be subject to a 30% processing fee.  The remaining deposit balance will be refunded via the form of payment on file.  Please be advised that cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will lose the entire deposit amount.  Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check in will lose their entire deposit and the reservation may be charged in full.  Reservation date changes are not permitted within 30 days of your stay. No shows will be charged for the full amount of your reservation.

Check-in is at 4PM and Check-out is at 11AM.    Check-in is completed at the Resort Office.

CHECK-IN -  If you are arriving after hours you will need to let the office staff know, so they can set up a late check-in for you. 

CHECK-OUT - Upon check-out please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start if.  For properties that do not have dishwashers, wash all dishes or there will be a $35 charged to the credit card on file. 

TRASH - All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash cans that are available throughout the property.   If litter (trash remnants, cigarette butts, cans / bottles, etc...) are discovered after occupancy, an additional housekeeping fee and/or fine will be assessed and charged to the guest credit card of record.

We make every effort to ensure the equipment in each cabin is in good working condition.  If you find something not working properly upon arrival or during your stay, please contact the office immediately if during normal business hours.  If after hours, please contact the office in the morning.  Any concerns about your rental needs to be handled during the rental of your cabin and not at check out or after departure.  Our staff will do their best to get the situation corrected in a timely manner.  Most of these things can be addressed and fixed, however in the untimely event of a break down; there will be no compensation or refunds.

 

In the case of a Power Outage, please contact the office.  If your cabin will be out of power for a considerable amount of time we will do our best to move you to a different cabin pending availability.   Sorry, refunds can NOT be given for power outages.

 

Please report all mechanical failures to the office.  If it is after hours and not an emergency (emergencies are considered no heat or air, or broken water pipes) please call the office in the morning. We do not refund or make a monetary adjustment because of a mechanical failure of any kind; this includes (but is not limited to) hot tubs, whirlpool tubs, fireplaces, televisions, game tables, arcade games, closure of pool, appliances, sleeper sofas, utility problems, cable or satellite signals and WIFI.

Pets are permitted in specific cabins within the Resort Property and are subject to a $20 per pet per night fee (Dogs are the ONLY pets permitted).  No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy and bring a pet into a cabin that is not pet friendly will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning.  Your stay will also be terminated and your rent forfeited.
